   Suggested name: LiquidTNT
   
   What I want: In normal Minecraft, TnT won't break blocks when placed in either Water or Lava, which leads to it being used in Factions based servers a lot, creating an unimpressive pattern between bases.
   What i request is an Plugin that allows TnT to destroy blocks even in liquids.
   
   Ideas for commands: No commands are needed for this plugin.
   
   Ideas for permissions: None needed.
   
   When I'd like it by: It's no urgency, so take your time if needed.

   Quickly made this today, source code is available in the link below and i did test it on a 1.12 bukkit server
