    Running Build #1317 on Windows 7 Pro SP1 64-bit.
    Java version "1.6.0_27"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_27-b07)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 20.2-b06, mixed mode, sharing)

I'm having a problem where all users can use /reload, despite them not having been given a node to do so or being set as ops. The permissions plugin I use is PermissionsEx, and the default permissions are as follows:

    Code:
    groups:
        default:
            permissions:
            - commandbook.who
            - commandbook.motd
            - commandbook.rules
            - commandbook.msg
            - commandbook.afk
            - commandbook.whereami
            - commandbook.whereami.compass
            - lwc.protect
            prefix: '&7'
            suffix: '&f'
            default: true
    Any help would be appreciated.

Nevermind, it turns out that just I can use this when I de-op myself, but no one else can.
It's strange, but it seems safe anyway.
