Solved All tools are enchanted when crafted with no effect.

Okey so my admins are horrible at documenting the changes they do, but this is a serious problem. Every time we craft a tool on the server it gets an enchantment glow and blue text color. Problem is this prevents our players from enchanting their tools.

And its only tools and not weapons. Even fishing rods and shears get the effect. Im putting my faith in you guys to give me a hint at what could be wrong.

Of course i realise there is probably a plugin causing the problems og some kind of permission or configuration issue, but i am unsure what it could be.

Solved this by updating spoutplugin on the server. Snow issues seem to have been caused by CraftBook.
