Filled AdvanceJoinMessage

Suggested name: AdvanceJoinMessage

What I want:

A simple plugin that broadcasts when a player join/leave the server and toggle option to disable the join/leave messages.

Requirements:

Toggle option to enable join/leave messages
Hook to PEX for prefix support
Hook to Authme Reloaded, join message is delayed until player login
Supports color/format and customize able messages

config.yml
join_enable: true
joinmessage: '{prefix}&a{player} has joined'
leave_enable: true
leavemessage: '{prefix}&e{player} has left'

No commands or permissions needed.

When I like it by: As soon as you can!

You can do this easily with essentials. I would recommend essentials if you don't have it already even if you remove parts of it e.g anti build, spawn, etc.

Thank you for that but I simply need something more lightweight. I will look into using old simple bukkit plugins to do this.
