Advancedabilities kits

Hey guys, I have a kitpvp server where I use this plugin: <Edit by Moderator: Redacted not allowed paid resource url>
And id like to have a command (/kit) that people can do and then they automatically get the kit of the class they have, for example I selected the Tank class and do /kit, I get the tank kit.
Id like the command to give out a configurable message with color codes and a placeholder for the kit and Tier he got and if the player doesnt have a class selected, it gives out another custom message with color codes. Also, Id like the plugin to have a cooldown and a price per kit. These kits can be taken from Greatkits or using a plugin own gui or a config, as long it is explaind, idc.
Another feature I want, is the addition of more kit tiers, so if a player does /kit 4, he gets the kit tier 4 of his own class, for me it would be Tank Tier 4. These kits should have their own price and permission node.
Permissions:
class.(class)(tier) - Example: class.tank4
Commands:
/kit (tier) (player - optional) - Example: /kit 4 CryoCrafter

Id like this plugin to be made for 1.14.3 and as fast as possible
