Advanced XP

    Ok! So basically I need a plugin. What I need is a plugin for example:
    When a player reaches a certain level it will run commands/tasks from the console which you should be able to configure in the config.
    Commands:
    - /xp <add/set/remove> <player> <variable>
    Permissions:
    - advancedxp.exp - Permission for /xp
    - advancedxp.access - If a player has this it will run the commands when they reach the level.
    - advancedxp.exempt - When a player reaches a certain level it wont run the commands.
    Name for the plugin:
    AdvXP
