What is Buycraft, and why does my Minecraft server need it?​

Buycraft enables you to sell in game items/memberships to your community, allowing yourself to fund your server bills to keep your Minecraft server alive. Buycraft is basically an online shopping cart system for your own server!​

After you have created a Buycraft account, you are given an online webstore which you can use to promote your items for sale. Your players will visit this website and be able to purchase the items that they want, be it a collection of armour, or a monthly VIP membership.​

Buycraft enables you to sell ANYTHING to your users, from a collection of armour upgrades, to monthly VIP memberships. When a player purchases a product, it is automatically processed on your Minecraft server, and removes all hassle of managing payments by yourself. All these different options will take the worry out of funding your Minecraft server.​

Really stoked that you added offline support buddy - gearing it up now.
I am unsure what's up, but I can only navigate your website on my 2nd computer. I cannot get passed the login screen on my usual one. No error about login information, just reloads to a blank page. Figure it may be good to know, since previously when I came around asking for offline support, I'd just assumed it was temporarily broken and moved on.

Hey mate, thanks for using the plugin, i knew offline support was required, and I felt the plugin was loosing alot of users from not supporting it.

Right, about your problem, do you have MSN? I could see on there to see what your problem is. Buycraft requires cookies to be enabled - a possible culprit for your issue.

 

It's not too much of an issue, as I have multiple computers set up within feet of each other, however, it's likely I will stumble upon something else; or even more likely that I might have a request, so I'm sure we will be in contact..
Btw cookies are enabled.

How would I make it for ranks, or to add permissions to specific people or something?

 

So the bugs fixed now, right? Do you get any errors in the console?

I dont know what permissions system you use, you need to find out the console commands what your permissions plugin has and then use them in the new packages page as normal.

Ahh, how do I find out my console commands?

 

Go to the permissions plugin thread and find out what console commands it has for giving users permissions.

Just finished off the expiring packages, will be released tommorrow (Currently 10pm here in UK).

Yea sorry about that, do you currently have version 1.7? If so, I released 1.8, an important bug fix - I dont normally release updates as quick as this as I know it annoys people, but I had no choice.

How long for APIs to refresh?

 

What do you meen refresh? Its instant if you are on about api key reseting.

 

yh, I changed it cos i thought that was the prob, then changed settings and it doesnt recognise it :/

 

If its saying your key is wrong, make sure there is a space inbetween the secret: and your API key.
Also make sure you entered it correctly.

Me neither Site is really polished off and awesome now, just to push out the updates.

 

@lmc Yeah I am just wondering because depending on the amount donated the user gets a different rank on my server so $5+ gets VIP, $25+ gets Super VIP and $50+ gets Goldy

 

Will this new update remove the ads from the server panel for premium users? (like me)?

possible suggestion, but really Spout/code heavy. Adding in something to the GUI HUD, like press tab or a setting of your choosing that brings up a menu like hitting ESC, that pulls all your packages for your server and has a separate buy button for each package, with buttons for flipping pages. Would make it more user friendly, and definitely unique, but I know it would be alot of code to write. (already looked into possibilities like this myself =P)
