After the plugin detect a new build, it download to bukkit_update in the main-Folder. After that you must stop your server and copy the craftbukkit-0.0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar from bukkit_update to your main-Folder.
After Version 1.4 I support plugins if a new version found it download to build_update/plugins. After that stop your server and copy/move the new files to your plugin-Folder

This is no autoupdater, it only download the new Version do the update-Folder, the user have to copy the files. On this way, he know which plugins he update and can check if he like to update.

I recommend to save your old craftbukkit-0.0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar/plugin before update. Not all builds from CraftBukkit work correctly.

Sry for the misunderstood, this is the Build 440 from CraftBukkit, it's the recommended one, see here:
    http://ci.bukkit.org/job/dev-CraftBukkit/promotion/latest/Recommended/ (The b440jnks is the new Build-Number)
    And here: http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/introducing-recommended-builds.5137/

If you like the latestStableBuild open the CraftBukkitUpToDate.properties and change recommendedBuild=true to recommendedBuild=false. (I don't recommend this because the stableBuild is the latestest untested Build from CraftBukkit)

When i set recommended-build and stable-build on false, does it download a build which is stable AND recommented? ^^

In the cmd console, im getting spammed with 1000 sentences when some plugins have newer versions... It would be GREAT if there would be a message like this:
    Excample:
[date] [INFO] CButD: 14 plugins were updated, please copy n' paste them into your plugins folder.

    Much better i think :D

Sry, a litte Bug if downloadUpdate=false, I fixed it.

Stable-Build removed with Version 1.9, because the lastestSuccessfulBuild is always the latestStableBuild
I added the new Plugin-Message. The other messages still in there, because i like them to see, what the status.

If this false, I removed also all No source for...-Messages, let me know if you need these messages.

    Yay!

The no-source.... Hmmmm.. Would be glad if you would make it like my other sentence: (i mean the shortness :D)

[date] [INFO] CButD: <plugin1>, <plugin2 and <plugin3> have no source, and cannot be updated. Please ask the plugin-developers to give NoFear13 the source link.

    Deal? :)

So pluginlog=true makes like before and false makes my sentence?

"Wish you something Update: Added a new Option to change pluginLog."

Please remove BorderGuardLite, theres two versions (Square and Round) and your plugin is updating people using the Round edition with the Square edition.

If your gonna take user submitted links, please actually check the plugin thread on here to check there not being stupid, like Frans was.

  17. Offline

    NoFear13

At the moment a implement a method to differentiate between these two plugins.

  18. Offline

    Snookieboy

Change the URL from square to round for the different versions. While the filename is the same, the plugin lists itself as Borderguardlite(Square) or borderguardlite(round) in the server list plugins command.

However at the moment, your updating peoples versions incorrectly and I think thats a bad practice to be doing, when you went ahead with a users post without just a quick check on the mod thread... You really do need to do more safety checks..

    @NoFear13

Could you please code a check to see if CButD has already downloaded the latest version of a plugin? The static link for General went live less than 2 days ago and I've already got one user who's hit my logs 31 times to re-download General since they aren't ready to/haven't upgraded yet. Another 19.

I'd like to leave a static link to General available, but won't do so if it means that I'm serving additional unnecessary hits.

    Thanks.
