After the plugin detect a new build, it download to bukkit_update in the main-Folder. After that you must stop your server and copy the craftbukkit-0.0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar from bukkit_update to your main-Folder.
After Version 1.4 I support plugins if a new version found it download to build_update/plugins. After that stop your server and copy/move the new files to your plugin-Folder

This is no autoupdater, it only download the new Version do the update-Folder, the user have to copy the files. On this way, he know which plugins he update and can check if he like to update.

I recommend to save your old craftbukkit-0.0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar/plugin before update. Not all builds from CraftBukkit work correctly.

    two tips:
could u hide the pluginlist in a spoiler, cause its getting longer and longer;)
could u add a date to the versionnumbers in the changelog?

Do you think you could shorten the messages when updating? It's hard to see what got updated when my console fills with long, linewrapped lines of text. Just like, have the message be "CButD: <plugin> updated" or "No update source for <plugin>".

If anybody have problems with this let me know and I check if I can add a check which one you use, and update only this one.

ok but then CBUTD downloads the old version everytime, could u maybe implement a check if the update folder contains the new version and then stops the download?

and could maybe add a autorename for the craftbukkit-0.0.1.jar to craftbukkit.jar? ok i think im a little bit fool but it would be really helpfull:) again thanks for this great work:)

Of course, but I implement that it shout check the modificationTimestamp from your version and the from the Download-Source, and if yours newer it download nothing, have you test it or is this only a guess?

For such thinks I like to use my Config-File, i will implement it in my next version.

hm, i tested it and it downloads from the source, maybe because mine is an inooficial build by someone else.
    ok thank u so much:)

Sorry, I forgot dropbox send no modification-Timestamp, because of that i check the File-Size, what in case of other plugins works fine but if someone use dropbox it doesn't work. I removed it until the plugin-Author is back.

    Thanks!
    Is that the download link?
And you can delete LWC because it has in the properties a:
    auto-updates=
setting and you need to set it to true. :D

...AND i use essentials and while the nether is loading im getting spammed with infos, i don't know what that is, but i think there should be less text. :D

Sry Maddin, I can't add these two plugins, because Whitelist is no permanent link, this one changed after every Update. And for GroupUsers there are now downloads at github. Ask the two Plugin-Authors for support for CraftBukkitUpToDate, give them a link to this Thread and ask if they like to give me a permanent link.

@jordanske: How I can differentiate between the two RedeemCodes, the jar-File always named RedeemCodes.jar regardless of which one used.
    Four options:
    1. add a Flag in the jar-File I can check, but in this case i need some time to implement that
    2. make one plugin that check if iConomy installed like other plugins if you can make this
    3. rename your jar-File like RedeemCodes.jar and RedeemCodesIconomy.jar
    4. One zip with all cases.
Sry for that, until now I had not this case.
