Problem/Bug Administrator problem on my server

Hi,

i download a plugin 2 days ago named: grief prevention. For claiming my spawn as a administrator so no one can break thing or build things in that area. Now i have 2 problems! 1: when a user that joins my server cant get out of the claimed area. and my second issue is that is some one get out of the area that it says the hole time:

you dont have an administrato's permission to interect with the item ....

this also shows up when some one tries to move an object in hes or her inventory.
