[ADMIN] AutoBackup Backup a specified directory at specified intervals! (good for backing up maps)

Hello after having my private server ran off my pc's map corrupt for one reason or another i decided i would make a program that would automatically backup my map at intervals i specified. So i made Autobackup:

• AutoBackup will backup a specified directory every x minuets (you specifiy the minuets)
• I made this for the purpose of minecraft servers but it will backup ANY directory!
• It's easy to use and reliable, just start it up and leave it to do its thing, guarantee the safety of your server!

I made this for myself but i thought i'd share it in case anyone found it useful and would like to use it

Note: it is expected that you are running a plugin like this:
http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/admn-autosave-v1-2-5-automatic-world-saves-677.4316/ while running this or it will backup the same map over and over!
