Question Adding Tipped Arrows to Essentials Kit

I'm having trouble figuring out how to add tipped arrows with potion effects to an essentials kit, but nothing works. I've also tried doing splash potions and I couldn't even do that. I can add regular potions though.

After about 20 minutes of searching and testing, I think I have verified that this is an Essentials problem. I have tried multiple kit adding plugins, and manually adding the potions and arrows directly into the config, but each time the error: "That kit is improperly defined. Contact an administrator" appears. Looks like currently, Essentials does not support NBT data for these items (effect, duration and power for potion effects). I suggest contacting EssentialsX about this, as they are active and may fix this issue.
