Adding people to whitelist In-Game?

    ok so im about to start a bukkit server & iv got all plugins etc working

    Im going to make it whitelisted for security purposes

    Is there a command that allows me to add people to white list in game?

    or a plugin? I cant find a reliable plugin that works :(

    Some help would be nice
