   Hey all, I was wondering how I could use the 1.9 cool down effect that is used on enderpearls and chorus fruit and be able to put it on any item I want.

   Use the code founder here to edit the NBT tags for the items. Change the delay of your item to be equal to the ones for enderpearls:

   Change that value to be equal to the speed. This currently remove the delay (If I remember correctly). Try setting this value to 2.
