   Hi! I have a plugin that allows people to claim an item. Unfortunately its cooldown seems to only be an hour. Is there anyway I can fix this?

   See, im not entirely sure, I had someone create it for me, and I asked for a 1 day timer, however after my server picked up a bit it was noticed by people that you could claim it every hour instead of day. So I wanted to know how I could change or fix this, or how to edit it myself.
