Solved Actions & Velocities Problem

Hello I'm currently developing a plugin for a server. which includes a feature where you can right click the wall with a gold or diamond hoe and you will climb the wall. I'm having a problem because I set the action to Right_Click_Block. But when I right click in the middle of the air it still sends me going upwards. I dont know why its doing this but I hope some of you can help me with this issue
