About to setup a serious server. Need some suggestions on plugins!

So, I'm about to create a serious server for my little community. It wont allow guests and such on, it will have applications through forum and such. So, I wont be needing extreme anti-griefing plugins, normal backups and worldedit will do just fine.

What I want help with is plugin suggestions for my needs.
Here's what I'm planning on using.

Permissions: Currently using PermissionsBukkit 1.2 with SuperPermsBridge 1.2
General stuff: Commandbook
Help (List of commands with /help): Not found anything I like, need some help here.
Time: TimeFold - Making days much longer then nights.
Chat: mChat

MISC
WorldGuard - For various protections.

WorldEdit - Mostly because of the restore from selected backup feature.
Dynmap - Rendering the map ofc.
HeroicDeath - Announcing deaths in the chat.
Tombstone - Instead of throwing people stuff out on the ground when they die, this puts it in a chest. Using it with its
SignThatChest - Signs on Chests
SignColours - Colored text on signs

I recommend VanishNoPacket for some administrative things...it helps to spy on griefers (without them knowing) before you ban them. Also, I highly recommend the plugin "Help" and "AutoHelp". Help revolutionizes the /help command while AutoHelp makes all plugins fully compatible with Help.

Also, is there a plugin that allows different inventory depending on which world the player is on?
My server would have 3 world running, World, World_nether and a flatworld.
In the flat world, people should be able to spawn what ever they want to and build like in creative mode. But I don't want them to be able to bring stuff from there into the real world.
So, basicly I want flatlands to have its own inventory while world & world_nether has it shared.

Is this possible?

 

I don't believe so. However, I recommend that you search around the plugins list...because it is possible to make.

 

Hmm, I've searched around for it abit. I'm yet to find an plugin that erases a players inventory when switching to a specific world.
