Solved A problem with CommandBook

I'm honestly not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I couldn't find a better place!

Anyway, I was playing around with the commandbook commands, and I came across one called /reverse. I figure "that sounds cool!" So I type it... and now I've been stuck in a weird state. I can move normally on the ground, but in the air, my button input aside from the spacebar and shift does nothing. I can't move forward, or backward, and I can't find any reference to this command on the wiki! What is going on?
