A plugin to make world groups.

Hi bukkit, i need a plugin to make world groups.
here is the ideas i have for this plugin:

Plugin category: Admin tools

Minecraft version: Minecraft 1.8-1.10

Suggested name: WorldGroups

What Features I want: I want world groups that share several options:

• Inventory
• Economy
• Last Location
• WorldPrefix
• Chat
• EnderChests
• Achievements
• Warps
• Spawns
• Experience Points
• Health and Hunger
• XP level
• Gamemode
• Fly on/off

I also would like to have the possibility to enable/disable some options in a config file. The groups should be made that they can just be modified in a worldGroups.yml file.

Ideas for commands and permissions:
/wg - WorldGroups main command
- /wg chat <Group/global> <message> - Chat in a world group or in global chat. -
Worldgroups.chat.<group/global>
- /wg goto [Player] <Group> - Go to another World Group.
Worldgroups.goto to have access to this command and Worldgroups.goto.<Group> to go to this group.
- /wg reload - reload the config and the worldGroups.yml file.
Worldgroups.reload
- /wg set <feature> <true:false> - Change a value in the config.
Worldgroups.set to have access to this command and WorldGroups.set.<feature> to change this feature.
And a permission for access to all commands: Worldgroups.admin
