A Plugin that tells if you if a banned player logs in with another account with the same IP?

    Whats's the name of the plugin that tells you if a banned player logs in with another account with the same IP? I know there is one because i've seen it in certain servers, plus it would be really helpful seeing as theres some kids that have other accounts and cheating on my server.

    On many ISPs you just restart modem and get new IP, so not only this method will not work, but it can also blame someone innocent, who will get cheater's IP.

    But bare in mind these are little kids and it will help to ban at least one of their accounts so they're one down.
