A plugin that gives items to players in specific worlds

    Basically what the title says, I have searched bukkit and spigot for a plugin that would allow you to give items to players in another world, eg. /give %player% Emerald 64 world=[world]. If anybody could recommend a plugin like this or make a plugin like this I would appreciate it. Thanks
