A Plugin That Formats Server Messages

Hi. I am looking for a plugin that edit and format sentences displayed in Bukkit/Essentials. Things such as "joined the game"or "You have no new mail", and even more in-dept messages such "/mail [read|clear|send [to] [message]|sendall [message]]" when you use the command /mail or the "---- Help -- Page x/xx ----" and "Type /help 2 to read the next page" when using the command /help. I am trying to keep all the texts in my server to one style in both writing and color.

I know there are many plugins out there dedicated to this, but it would be very helpful if someone can point me to a good one that can do all of the above and is updated regularly.

syntax is in essentials.jar/plugin.yml
