Solved A plugin that can do this? Restricted access to water, lava, flint and steel and tnt

Hey guys. Is there a plugin that can restrict the use of water, lava, flint and steel and tnt to different groups with permissions. Group A will have access to none. Group B will have access to lava and water. Group C will have access to tnt and flint and steel. Thanks

Hi, I'm trying out ModifyWorld (with PEX) and I am having some issues. I've given the first group a negative permission for being able to place TNT but I can't place or build anything. My guess is that by default you need a permission to place/break every type of block. Is there a way to change it so that instead you need a permission to not be able to place/destroy a block?

I deleted Modify world and went for noitem. Works really well
