A plugin that adds special wings that let you fly ONLY if you wear them

Plugin category:custom wings

Minecraft version: 1.20.4 (if you can make it to work in 1.21 it would be great!)

Suggested name: flying with wings (idc about the name)

What I want: I'd like the plugin to add custom wings that let you fly ONLY if you wear them and controls how fast the wings are, i want to be able to set an item as the wings (if its easier to set a purple leather Tunik as the wings you can do it)


Ideas for commands:
/specialwings (item) set (wings) = set an item (chestplate) as the wings
/specialwings (wings) speed (number) = controls the flying speed of the wings
Ideas for permissions: no need

When I'd like it by: as fast as you can
