on my server i have 2 "factions"
one faction got /tpa from essentials
the other faction got /tpc from teleconfirmlite
that way the factions couldn't tele to each other.

however it looks like the author of teleconfimlite isn't going to update his plugin.
so i need something else with the same functions as teleconfirmlite.

So what you are asking for is essentially the ability to control and limit who people and tp to based on the permission group they are in?

i understand what you're asking lemme see if i can describe what i mean.

first: the plugin would check to see if you are in the same permissions group
second: the plugin would then send a request to your target asking for permission to (tp tphere)

also wouldn't hurt if it was multiverse friendly, but that isn't really an issue since each "faction" is on a separate map anyhow.

would something like that be doable for cb556+

How would you expect the user to confirm ok without a client mod?

feverdream: Send a message to the user to confirm asking him to use a command followed by yes or no.

teleconfirmlite has all of the needed code, except a way to check a players group first.

the source for teleconfirmlite is on his github, there's a d/l link in one of the posts.

i just need it updated to 556 and if possible add a way to check groups.

So why not ask the original developer?

because as i stated in my op, the plugin author has chosen not to update this plugin, and has made the source available to others.

    So ask them.
The issue here is how can you respect the developer, n still get what you want.
