   So I have a plugin which requires another plugin of mine.
   Should I just post the download link for players to get it in the main plugin or create a new BukkitDev page for the plugin?
   
   Then link to the new plugin page for players to get it

   ^ I'd recommend asking there.
   
   Note that you cannot link to external (non-dev.bukkit.org) files for download from plugin pages, and you can only upload content that you have authored.
