A Home Plugin

I'm curently in need of a home plugin like essentials but with different commands and permissions
I've been trying to code one myself But I failed horibly So could anyone code a plugin like that I would be
grateful Also if you ask this is for my Survival Gamemode on my server So I wanted to have something that dosen't mixup with essentials!

Well, tell us the commands you want us to make, how would it look like in chat, what permissions, and others? Following what you wrote, I have no idea about what should I make..

If you already have Essentials running on your server why don't you want to use its home plugin? If you are using for example Pex for permissions you can set per world permissions so that only those commands from Essentials are available in your survival world.
