Well, i have now successfully been running my server with bukkit for over a week without problems, but i got two problems. I got a recommendation to use Permissions(Phoenix) 2.x, and so i did, and it runs perfectly with all of my plugins. But however, i got a problem with essentials, and the prefixes. The essentials problem is that users that aren't gods can't use the Disposal signs, and the problem with prefixes have most likely something to do with permissions. I've tried to figure out the problem myself the last couple of days, but figured out i need more proffessional help. I put in a prefix for the usergroups in permissions config file, but the prefixes won't show up no-matter what i do. Have any of you fixed these two problems before and may help me?
Permissions does not show prefixes, it only links the prefix to a group of users/a user. Get a plugin like iChat to actually show those prefixes. As far as the god mode problem, I think all of your users will need to type in /god in order to go into godmode. However, I believe that it carries over through logouts, so you probably only need to type it once and then forget about it.
No, what i meant was that "God" is my highest group in permissions, the admin group. And only those i have chosen to be gods/admins/ops can use the Disposal signs. I want users down to even the default group to be able to use them, but i have no clue on how to get it working.
