I'm looking for a plugin which has support for custom commands, prefixes, color codes etc. If I want to create a whispering command, It should not be "/something whisper", just "/whisper" Actually, I'm looking for a plugin like this; http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/local-chat-ooc-shout/ This is perfect but its author doesn't update it and it has some incompatibilities(? Sorry for English) with Citizens. Thanks in advance.
"Aliases" is the word you are looking for, you can try these: http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/betteralias/ or http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/command-alias/ Bukkit also supports some basic alias functionality: http://wiki.bukkit.org/Bukkit.yml#aliases
No i am not looking for an alias plugin. I am looking for a custom command text formatting chat plugin. (Uh, that was a long sentence for me. ) I'm still lookin' for.

OK, now that I have learnt alias plug-ins, I am looking for a plugin with custom formatting and commands, even if they start with /something.
