[814]SLOW WORLD LOAD, GIVE DOESNT WORK!

when i try example /give janttux 64 23 it gives me this message :
ERROR: LISTENER ALREADY LISTENING
i have essentials
also my log says that i gave my self that item but still i got nothing but that error on the chat!
maybe its because im not using recommeded bukkit? also essentials are out dated its for 1.5_01 my
bukkit is for 1.6.4!

So error was : ERROR: LISTENER ALREADY LISTENING!

also i have another problemo!
i renamed my world and all biomes got crazy! everywhere is gray grass... so damn buggy?
