3d Model Car Plugin

Suggested name: ArieraCars

What I want: I want a plugin that adds cars to the game that I can add my own 3d models to.
So what i want is a plugin where when you run the command /carshop it opens up a GUI where
you can buy cars.
You can set different prices on the cars, make the cars different speeds, and give the cars different names.
But I'd REALLY like it if I can add 3d models to cars (you don't have to make the actual 3d model I will).

Ideas for commands: /carshop, /arieracarsreload

Ideas for permissions: none needed

What kind of 3D models are you talking about? just .schemetica or .obj/.fbx?
