2 of my plugins commands don't work? Not sure why.

The problem is that -- The server is enabling them, however the commands don't work and no errors ever occur... All that happens is well -- Nothing.

The 2 plugins are EssentialsGroupManager, and iConomy

I am currently using Bukkit #928.

Ive never had this problem before, the only differences from the last confirmed time they worked is the following.

Upgraded Bukkit from #860 to #928
Got rid of the following plugins: AfkBooter, AmnesiaCraft, CookBook, MagicCarpet, PhatLoots, Spawnmob, TriggerCMDs, and Wormhole X-Treme.
Installed the following plugins: AfkKick, BookWorm, CustomCrafting, Flight, LavaFurnace, PvPToggle, VoxelPort, and NoCheat.
