1GB RAM Bukkit Server with 45 Plugins?

    It's a good title.

    But seriously.

    It depends on what the 45 plugins are trying to do, and I think more important is the number of players on the server at a time, which determines the number of chunks loaded. Definitely use a small viewing distance...

    Possible, but meh. You'd probably fill around 700M with plugins alone, no players (and barely any chunks loaded).
