now iv seen lightning in the new 1.5/_1 it made me think. if there is lightning out there and it is real since i seen it make fires that were immediately put out by the rain but its really there so what if there was a plugin to bring it closer to use. that would be epic. hmm and maybe have a command for a wand that can be set to a item code like a stick and has a setable reach and when you click something lightning strikes there or at them mwahahahahaha. ehem sorry. anyway this would be the most awesome thing ever, if any one can make this happen i will worship you till i die. i know this has basically been asked dozens of times but i just wanna put in my 2cents and my specific idea
I think it would be possible, if you've seen the plugin EggRenade, spawns explosions and fire as two of the commands. Maybe drop the creator a message when bukkit 1.5 comes out.
