That error in bPermissions has nothing to do with Bukkit being 1.9_05 prerelease.

It's part of a stat tracking feature in the plugin, that connects to Blockface.org, which no longer exists. You can stop the error by simply opting out of stats with bPermissions.

 

LWC works.

 

Conclusion: Essentials > bPerms > Spout
