   I need a plugin for my server which lets me place items on blocks (slabs too!) by command (so that it is in the centre of the block, on the left corner or something) , not be able to be picked up for de spawn and it to re spawn ,in the same place, if it is deleted (e.g. Clear Lagg).
   I have found many plugins that do some of this stuff but all of them allow the item to be deleted and they cannot me placed in the exact centre of a block.
   If anyone knows a 1.8 plugin that lets me do this them please let me know

   Clear lagg has settings for what to remove did you check in there?
