I'm Making A Plugin To Help Players Out Of Sticky Situations By Have Things Like /Speed Which Gives You A Speed Potion Effect And I'm Good At Java But Not Excellent But I Have 1 Question Plus Could Some One Test It And Give Me The Server IP So I Can Go On It And Test It So If You Would Like To Test It Post A Reply With I Want To Test And A Server IP (ONLY SEND A IP IF YOU OWN THE SERVER) Now For My Question Could You Send Me A List Of The Potion API's For Everything Below 1.4 I Will Send You A Copy Of The Plugin If You Put 'I Want To To Test'

Why don't you use your own server? They aren't too hard to set up.
