0 damage on Cooldown

Suggested name: Like ZeroCooldownDamage or anything like this lol

What I want: I need a plugin which reduce all damage (sword, axes, etc.) to 0, while its still on cooldown. Would that be possible?

Ideas for commands: /Cooldowndamage false / true (Default should be false)

Ideas for permissions: Not needed

When I'd like it by: asap

 

reduce the damage to 0 or also remove the "damage animation"?

 

Remove the damage animation is optional, if someone can do it. Otherwise just reduce the damage to 0 only

I may do this, but what counts as "all damage" to you? Weapons and bow shots and all that I understand, but what about suffocation and drowning and all that? Or lightning or anything like that?
