I've added a few new game mechanics that you may find interesting. You have to try out the latest dev builds from http://ci.tommytony.com until I come out with a more stable War v1.7 release. Be sure to make backups! :)
As for supporting RFW type gameplay, in the long term I hope to support arbitrary one-block "structures" that breaking/bringing-back-to-your-spawn/whatever-other action gives your team or the player a point. For now, you can always try /zonecfg flagreturn:<flag/spawn/both> and /zonecfg flagpointsonly:<true/false> to change the behavior of flag capping and points making.
