I cant find a CB for 1.2.2 minecraft, are they even going to be releasing a recommended build? If not, will they at least give us a beta or something till mojang+the bukkit team come up with the new API? thanks
I did read the post from evilseph and I understand that the bukkit team has joined mojang. Everyone still seems to be confused as to whats going to happen, including me. So my question remains, if bukkit is being phased out like everybody says it is, at what point will we stop seeing the release of recommended builds? thanks
gordonie, the Bukkit team is currently working towards a recommended build release. Wait a week or so; You'll find one will be there eventually. And as for Bukkit being phased out: I highly doubt Bukkit will be shut down any time soon, and if it is it will be inter-graded into a new MineCraft server system (Bukkit is far too popular). Don't worry!
Ok, I can atleast say somethign here. We all ask for the newest bukkit files, etc, because the current ones (R5+R6) do not work and the fact that they do not run minecraft servers of 1.2 instead of 1.1, which is default. I would literally call in a hacker or coder to try to get it to instead run 1.2. It's literally the only thing wrong with it. And I've seen my fare share of coding. The most needed is a change of stuffs. It'll take a while though.
They have been updated to 1.2.x for the past two days! Look at dl.bukkit.org. Don't just look at the front page. Explore the site.. Edit: Remember that the builds they have out are dev builds, meaning, THEY WILL HAVE BUGS. Make sure to back up all of your server files/world before testing the build!

I do not flame, I do not even get mad yunless someone is wrong and says they are right or another one of my pet peeves comes up. The link given did only one thing, sent me to the page which had a few links on it, nothing more. Now, if the link you gave me works, Panzer, then I thank you. But if not, I give up.
