Is there a way to just pre generate x amount of chunks somehow? Or would I need a bot to fly around? If so, is there a plugin that does this? The reason I want to do this is because I use Dynmap and it'd make it look REALLY nice if a lot of the map was full.

I believe that Dynmap actually has a feature that will create chunks if they are not available when you do a fullrender of your world. It is not on by default -- you'll have to turn it on.

I haven't used that feature, instead I use WorldBorder to do that. It is a good idea to setup a border for your world anyway.

Yea, Greylocke is correct, the command is /dynmap fullrender.
This will attempt to render every chunk within some sort of radius, so it will be seen online.

No I meant actually GENERATE the terrain, not just map it. I know /dynmap fullrender. However Greylocke did recommend WorldBorder which does actually generate terrain up to a specified border. So I guess this 'dilemma' is solved.

this is a common misconception. Dynmap can also generate missing chunks if you set the the "autogenerate-to-visibilitylimits" appropriately.

I used WorldBorder to generate the chunks because I don't want the online map to see the whole world -- only areas that have been explored. So I will use WorldBorder to establish my borders and pregenerate the world chunks, then activate Dynmap.

    Smart.
