Unable to PortFoward Even when i have already done everything correctly!

Hello so i have Port Foward Checker and it says my port is open but when i use something else like A site to tell me if it is portfowarded and then the site says its not fowarded..

I have done the router thing where i type www.routerlogin.com and then login then i setup the server i put 25565 and my ip and everything and then when i have to check it, it doesnt work.

The real question here, is, can other players connect to your server? Because if Port Forward Checker (what I also use), tells you that your port is open, it probably is.

 

no they cant connect.

 

note that the ip you set is Local ip, not external ip.
local ip is usually 192.168.1.x

 

FIXED IT it was my firewall but when i clicked disable i thought it disabled but it wanted me to confirm but the confirm yes or no was in small words...
