Solved Bukkit Player Amounts?

What is the recommended player amount for a 1024MB server?

 

I could give you an estimate if you provided your internet speeds from speedtest.

 

I pay for a server from BeastNode

Switching to Creeper Host on the 2nd if that helps at all

 

Does BeastNode give you information on internet speeds in your package that you have?

 

no they don't, I get around 85 ping though

 

Assuming there will be unlimited internet connection, a gig of ram can safely hold about 8 player's worth of independent chunks. less if they play together in the same vicinity.

EDIT: It also depends on how heavily plugin'd your server is. A rich plugin-enabled server will only hold about 4 players with that amount of ram, but a light server could hold my original 8 estimate.
