Ban Management Suggestions

Hi,
I am wondering what the best way to manage bans on a server is. We have about 10 people who are mods/admins that can ban, and I want to know how other servers go about keeping bans organized so everyone knows who got banned and why. Maybe like a webpage that mods can go to to see bans that is automatically updated? Or a plugin that lets you check to see if a name is banned and why? Just something better than having to talk to each other, since it is impossible to have everyone knowing who got banned and for what.

 

Vanilla minecraft has the /banlist command (obviously this may or may not work for banning plugins)

 

Which Ban/kick plugin are you using atm? (i'm assuming your already hosting). And have you searched for such a plugin on the plugin list? Bukkit Plugin List

I have no personal reference on such a plugin anyway
