Hmm, that is odd. Simple Prefix looks like it can change the color of the, well, the prefix of names in chat. Otherwise, I really don't see what could be the issue. Are there any errors in console?

It isn't his client mod, I have CJB too. In my server I can't see colors too, but my friend has CJB too but he can see the colors.

My understanding is a older Integrated Intel Graphics is causing the issue. My laptop with Intel gfx has this same problem. There's no way to fix it I think. It's just you seeing it though.
