The most simple to use, customizable Portal plugin?

I'm looking for a simple, custom portal plugin to get around my world faster, I've looked at both Stargate and Multiverse, I'm not too bothered about having multiple worlds, but I'd like to be able to design and shape the portals how I want, which Stargate doesn't let you do either, from what I know.

I also want a simple portal to portal system, where as the Stargate can take you to many portals from one, if that makes any sense...

What would be the most simple to use, customizable portal plugin for me? Thanks.

Worked well enough for me so far and didn't cause me any problems like stargate did. Stargate's cool and all. But if you're just wanting a simple public portal that's always open, use transporter.
