[FUN/EDIT/MECH/MISC] BlinkBlock 0.1 - Blinking Blocks [1.1-R1]

So, do you want to make server party, but you dont have real "Party Lights"?
Take a look on my plugin!
My plugin lets you to make custom blinking blocks, stop blinkikng effect, and start it again.

How to use:
1) Select the block with Blaze rod

2) Type command /blb <Block 1 ID> <Block 2 ID>

Example:
/blb 14 89 - Will make a blinking block from Gold Ore to Glowstone

The biggest part of my plugin (idea) comes to guy from our Server GrowBoy, who wanted to make a police car

Umm, no, at least on my server. Sure, if you have 100 Blinking Blocks across the server, it will.
Depends on server memory.
