Ive noticed a few of my server members have been msging each other about a way they are finding so much ore (i have permissions to view all private msgs.) they take the world seed via F3 and go into single player and hunt down some diamonds/iron/redstone etc. I was wondering if there is a way to make a plugin to hide the seed entirely, or simply disguise as something simple like "123456789" just so their methods of hunting down ores is somewhat controlled. If their is a plugin already made that works on 1.1-R3 i would much appreciate a link because i couldnt find one in the tab. --Edpon
Check out http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/se...r-anti-x-ray-1-0-1-r1-1597-1-1-r1-1714.48327/. It uses a different seed during ore generation, but it only works for chunks that haven't been generated yet. Hopefully you'll get some use from it.
