Hello everyone, i'm not sure if it's the right place to post this but, i'm looking for/i want someone to create roleplay plugins for my server. I think you'll ask: "What kind of plugins you want?" Well, before i start telling, i may warn that i cannot pay for people make this plugin, but you'll certainly get credited and if you get into the server you may get a Easy VIP (No, it's not paid, you'll just some exclusive contents before many people or whatever) The Plugins i want: *Chat: I want the chats to be the following: IC (can hear at a certain radius), Local OOC, Global OOC, Admin OOC, Cellphone, Advertisement and News. *Keys/password: I'm not familiarized with Lockette, when i want to put something on the chest for sale with chestshop (even if i'm not sure if i will use it) i can't put it because Lockette automatically set it for private. I want to use keys for lock and unlock doors and chests, it will be more RP than Lockette. And password (if possible) to increase access to doors for iron doors, if possible, for wood doors and chests. *Radio: I want a plugin that allows Jukeboxes to play MP3s, WMAs, OGGs and Shoutcast Radio. *Jobs: I want not only Mining, Woodcutting, Building as jobs. I want people to work as Policeman, Firefighter, Defense Attorney, Medic, Psychologist, Detective, Ticket seller, Bartender, Salesperson, Cook and Farmer. The Jobs levels: Intern, Amateur, Intermediate, Expert, Specialist. Each level will recieve a certain ammount of money at the payday. The player would also have the capacity of call the Police Department, Firefighter, and the Hospital in a emergency. *Payday: It will be hourly, at each 15 paydays, the player will increase their level at the job. *Bank: I want a plugin where i can withdraw, deposit and transfer to anyone the money in cerain places, in the banks around the city and in the ATMs. *Animations (if possible): I want animations where the player can sit on a bench (stairs), sleep, talk and put the hands up. *City: I want to define taxation, the location of the city (ex: I want that large place without many trees to be my city and it will be 200 x 200), toggle protection (anti-build/anti-grief) at for the blocks and places i want, buying/selling lots, well, i think that's all, if you have anything else in your head for the city section, tell me, it's my first time as a RP server head. Also, i don't use Towny because it's too buggy. *Cellphone: I want the possibillity of not only using cellphones (if possible as a inventory item with many variants), but also buy/sell it. The player would also need pay a certain money for each call he made. *Portable MP3 Player (if possible): I want also a plugin which allows player to buy a MP3 Player (if possible as a inventory item) and listen to music and shoutcast radio. But only the player who have the MP3 Player could listen to it (RPing, he have a MP3 player with a headphone). I also want the power of sell it i don't want the MP3 player anymore. *Advertising: The player could advertise he's buying, selling, giving or making a event in advertisement chat, like we were reading the newspaper. The player could advertise by going to the Advertisement Office or via cellphone. *NPCs: I was thinking when there's nobody working at a certain place the admin could put NPCs in certain places. Like in the Restaurant or in the Cart Station, the player would ask for food or ticket and the NPC would give it. *Vehicles (if possible): I don't know if anyone also have the possibility of modding, but i would like 1980s - present vehicles (they don't need to be RL vehicles visually, we would RP they are) for the server, because i'm thinking in making something more 21st century. Four door cars are good, but i would also like two door cars. If possible make them with inventory. NOTE: I would like you make the plugins compatible with iConomy. You'd need to have your server to be running Spout and your players to be running Spoutcraft for some of these, like the radio.
But some of these plugins exist? I know Job plugins and Towny exist, but i think they wouldn't fit my RP server. So i think a city and new jobs plugin for my server would be better.

I think this is a pretty big request that includes rewriting a lot of already made plugins. The radio portion at least will require spout and spoutcraft. The part that probably isn't possible is the vehicle section... Unless you just want boats or minecarts that can drive along the ground they wouldn't be able to go up hills or anything... The rest is possible just a big request and a doubt you will get a developer unless you offer something in return.
one possibility is if you split it up a bit i.e. into separate plugins. You're still asking for a lot of developers, so I agree with mikeyagoto, there's got to be some reward.
