   Yes, I know this is a probably stupid question, but I don't want responses saying to look at Citizen's source, as I am right now, just having a hard time looking for it. But I want to know how to create NPC's. It is possible without Spout, but forcing-skins is not what I need. I just want to create a simple NPC.
